Tim Rand, President, began as a sole proprietor operating as Rand Construction in 1985. Tim started learning carpentry as a teenager continually growing in knowledge and skills. He eventually became a licensed Home Improvement Contractor and licensed Salesman with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission. Tim is now a General Contractor known for his Distinctive Craftsmanship . In 1994, Tim incorporated his business under the name T.J. Rand Construction, Inc. and offers services as a General Contractor that will work with you from the design phase through the building and completion of finishing touches like decorative moldings and/or installing a towel rack. We serve Montgomery County, Maryland and have references available upon request.

 

Tim personally coordinates with the client every step of the way to ensure that the details are not missed. He also coordinates with any subcontractors that are on the job. Even the ones that you may hire directly on your own.
